Rates:

$20/hr with house engineer (minimum 4 hour block)
$10/hr for freelance engineers or studio saavy bands.
$200 / day (10 hrs)
$750 / week (40 hrs in a 7 day period)

If you bring your own engineer, we ask that you hire a house engineer for the first 4 hours of you first session, just to make sure your engineer has the lay of the land.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the significantly higher demand for weekends, saturdays and sundays are strictly booked in half-day and full-day increments. If you book a half-day on a weekend, start and stop times are strictly enforced, as we must try to accomodate you and the folks who booked the other half of the day. In keeping with all this strictness, we must ask for a 50% deposit for weekend bookings.
